Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for someone who has excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of Enterprise / Solution Architecture.
• Enterprise / Solution Architect with minimum 12 years of experience in Telecoms IT industry and 3 to 5 years implementation experience in Salesforce Industries / Vlocity – EPC, CPQ, CLM & Order Management.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation projects of moving legacy systems onto Salesforce Industries.· Should have experience with large BSS/OSS/Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and SFI / Vlocity capabilities and limitations, and able to clearly communicate those to Customers and project teams.
• Good Understanding of various architectural styles such as Microservices, SOA, Event Driven Architecture. Extensive use of TMF Open APIs in the projects.
• Preferrable to have Salesforce and SFI certifications.
• Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the project’s targeted business outcomes.
• Able to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work.
• Able to create reference architectures focused on detailed design principles, decision points, detailed APIs, major systems and dependencies between business and IT.
• Should have experience with green field / brown field OSS or BSS transformation programs.
• Good understanding of Telecom frameworks like eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA, OpenAPIs.
• Good experience in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
• Experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) development methodologies.· Good to have certifications on TOGAF, Certified Architect (CA), Zachmann, SAFE agile.
