Roles & Responsibilities:

• Exp 10-15 years
• OCM Strategy development
• Coordinates with program leadership on objectives, scheduling
• Responsible for OCM strategy and implementation
• Primary point of contact for [ORGANIZATION] stakeholders and leadership engagement activities
• Leadership engagement plan and activities
• Coordinates change champion network, manages communications and feedback
• Works with Communication and Training Leads to design and release required interventions
