Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of hyper automation solutions to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of hyper automation solutions
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in hyper automation, providing insights and recommendations to the broader organization.

Key Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of RPA and hyper automation technologies and processes.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of RPA developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in RPA, including experience with leading and managing teams
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience with a variety of RPA tools and technologies, including UiPath, Celonis, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere
• Strong project management skills and experience delivering large-scale automation projects
