• Requirements understanding, test case preparation and Testing
• Experience in analog and power electronics or DC/DC converter design
• Hardware design with EMC and thermal considerations
• Good knowledge in using E-CAD, simulation and calculation software tools- Zuken, LTspice, Pspice, Mathcad.
• Automotive industry serial protocols such as CAN, LIN ,SPI, I2C etc
• Hardware Software interface specification preparation
• Worst case calculation
• Design Verification: Electrical verification, thermal validation, EMC, reliability tests.
• Test report preparation and presentation.
• Failure analysis & debugging / manufacturing Plant support
• Schematic preparation and Manufacturing package preparation
• Possess good communication skills.
• Strong team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Ready to learn and Work in dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating hardware designs using microcontrollers, power electronics design, prototyping to meet the requirements.
• Design circuits, develop verification methods and maintain traceability to test requirements and electronics designs.
• Involve in DFMEA, FMEDA and design reviews.
• Perform design verification in internal and external labs.
• Perform worst case analysis in Mathcad
• HW sample build and HW prototype bring up.
