Job Description
Operate and enhance the Snowflake platform across multiple clouds (Azure, AWS)
- Automate infrastructure and Snowflake object deployments with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and support the migration to GitHub.
- Ensure secure, compliant connectivity and storage configuration in Azure (and emerging AWS workloads).
- Optimize Snowflake usage around cost, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and data teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Actively participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and cross-team collaboration initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Engineering, including networking (VNETs, routing, DNS, private endpoints), identity, and storage.
- Experience operating and administering Snowflake:
- Warehouses, RBAC, databases, schemas, resource monitors
- External tables, stages, integrations (Azure mainly)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Understanding of enterprise cloud networking and security best practices.
- Experience with observability and audit logging tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Safe methodologies.
Location: Madrid Spain (2 days per week onsite )
