Job Description:

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager with a focus on Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
