Job Description:

Must have skills:

• As Business Analyst, responsible for business case preparation, business solution conceptualization, requirements definition, support for solution architecture & development, functional verifications/business testing..
• Client Engagement.
• Very Good understanding of financial products and lifecycle (Securities, derivatives, Forex, Money market, credit etc.).
• Good understanding of different banking functions or teams (Front Office , Operations, Legal& Risk, Credit etc.).
• Support business development initiatives for the consulting practice and business unit for the region..
• Actively participate in training, recruitment, mentoring, knowledge management etc..
• Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Banking or Finance domain would be preference.
• Certified CSPO/CSM preferable.
• Proficiency in MS office (MS word and Power Point).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and team player
