Job Description:

Must have Ping configuration knowledge, worked on 2/L3 team in IAM domain. major activities involve requirement gathering, infrastructure support, solving issues/incidents/SR through SNOW. He is also involved in application on-boarding/promotion to higher environment. He has knowledge on SNOW, JIRA, Splunk. Has worked on various IAM tool including PingFederate. He has supported the tools like PA, DUO(for MFA). He has a good understanding of IAM basics.
