Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager with a focus on Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
