Job Description:

Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Deployment Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Windows operating systems.
• Excellent experience with SCCM
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 deployment methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Strong proficiency in image creation, customization, and application packaging.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as MECM, Intune, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security configurations, and system administration.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows 10 or Windows 11, and CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously.
