Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and mobilise the resources to deliver work
- Complete the PID and ensure compliance to the commercial framework
- Drive the project completion of activities required to produce the defined deliverables
- Ensure that Risks and Issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Escalate all commercial opportunities and issues to the Client Service Lead (CSL)
- Ensure that all Proservartner reporting and governance is completed
- Daily reports issued
- Weekly Status reports issued
- Timesheet completion
- Client NPS feedback
- Regular steering forums are established and run successfully
- Data updates to support client Billing
- Quality Assure all aspects of the deliverables and obtain the client sign-offs to milestones and product delivered
- Work with and as a key member of the Clients governance requirements and production of inputs as needed
- Manage the client leadership team and build strong relationships to support the resolution of challenges and develop a long term relationship with the client
- Support the development of sell-on opportunities across the client enterprise
- Develop and facilitate (and deliver where applicable) together with Functional Consultants, Business Partners, etc., 3rd Party products we employ in the Project.
Critical Skills:
- Good knowledge of information systems, technologies, and procedures
- Strong ability to produce good written communications and documentation
- Certification in one or more Project management methodologies appropriate to the Project eg Agile, Waterfall, Prince2,
- Ability to communicate effectively within group settings
- Ability to develop innovative, effective and process, organisational, and technology projects and events
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of change management principles/practices.
