Job Description
Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client’s strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. Services include Cybersecurity Assessments, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk Analytics, Solution Design & Implementation, and Governance frameworks.
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Kolkata
Must Have Skills / Certifications
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong experience in IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM modules
- Hands-on experience with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and web services
- Experience designing scoped applications
- ServiceNow platform management, deployments & troubleshooting
- Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end projects
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Good to Have
- IRM / Security Operations implementation expertise
- ITAM, SAM, HAM & CMDB experience
- ServiceNow CAD certification
- CIS – Risk & Compliance / SIR / TPRM / VR certifications
- Knowledge of GRC roadmap tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream
