Job Description
Skillset:
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow OOTB change module
- Good knowledge of different change models (Normal, Standard, Emergency etc)
- Knowledge of change-related integrations
- Stakeholder management skills (Operations, end customers, technical teams)
- Design thinking for technical solutions
- Ability to produce LLD for developers
- Domain separation knowledge
- Telecom knowledge (advantage)
- TMF framework knowledge (advantage
