Job Description
Job Title: Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) / Senior Pega Decisioning Consultant with certified, 6+ months in active LSA role
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai
Experience Level: 8+Years Total (4+ years in CDH specifically)
Key Responsibilities
- CDH Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Pega CDH solutions, including real-time decisioning (NBA), analytics, and AI modeling.
- NBA Designer Expertise: Configure and manage Next-Best-Action Designer, including Engagement Policies, Arbitration, and Treatments (web, email, etc.).
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical strategies and actionable decisions.
- Integration & Data Flow: Integrate Pega CDH with upstream/downstream systems, managing data flow and customer data ingestion.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize decision strategies, data flows, and NBA structures for maximum efficiency and real-time performance.
- Governance & Mentoring: Provide architectural guidance to Junior Decisioning Consultants and ensure best practices for rule development.
Required Technical Skills
- Pega Decisioning: Strong expertise in Pega Decisioning (5+ years preferred).
- CDH Components: Proficiency in 8.x decisioning components (strategies, data flows, campaigns).
- Marketing Frameworks: Familiarity with 8.x marketing framework customization points.
- AI & Analytics: Deep understanding of AI models, Adaptive Model Management, Interaction History (IH) Summary, and Reporting.
- Administration: Comfort with Nodes, Decision Data Store (DDS), and Administration Studio settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) or Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in Telecom, Banking, or Financial Services is a plus.
- Tools: Experience with Pega 1:1 Operations Manager and Agile Methodologies.
