Job Description
In the role of a Lead Functional Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of IFS Cloud Field Service solution handling Planning, Scheduling & Optimization (PSO) module Or IFS Cloud FSM functional/Technical expertise under IFS standard project methodology
- Worked on atleast 2 Implementation projects as an IFS FSM/PSO Functional Or Technical consultant under FSM 6.x or the latest IFS Cloud Service Management functionality
- Domain knowledge in one or more of – Utilities (Power, Gas, Electric and Water) or Telecom
- Experience in working on in any other FSM products like Click, FSM or Oracle Field Service is an added advantage
- Atleast one Certification on IFS Cloud Service Management Certification or IFS FSM 6.x Practitioner, PSO
Required
- Minimum 5+ years’ hand on experience in the IFS Cloud PSO or Cloud FSM functional and working experience in recent IFS Cloud ESM
- Minimum two IFS FSM, PSO implementation experience as a functional consultant or a Technical Consultant
- In-depth understanding of Mobile Workforce Management concepts
- In-depth understanding of Utility or Telco domain concepts
- Ability to understand / learn relevant IFS functional modules
- Working experience in IFS Scope Tool
- Capable of mentoring team members on project and experience working in onsite/Offshore model
- Plus, to have a knowledge of Web Services using ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful API, JSON, PL/SQL
Preferred
- Experience in working on IFS Cloud ESM and/Or PSO on cloud modules
- Worked on implementation projects
- Domain experience in Telco or Utilities clients
