Are you an Oracle ERP specialist with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Service Delivery for a major UK-based project!
In this role, you’ll oversee Oracle EBS/Fusion environments and the full Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process lifecycle. We need a leader to bridge technical teams and executive stakeholders while maintaining ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end service delivery for Oracle EBS/Fusion and legacy systems.
- Managing H2R business processes from onboarding to payroll.
- Leading functional and technical teams with high performance.
- Driving ITSM governance including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years in Service Delivery Management for ERP landscapes.
- ITIL Certification is essential.
- Expertise in HR, Payroll, and complex integrations.
- Strong analytical leadership and a customer-first mindset.
