Welcome to the website of LSA Recruit (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, www.lsarecruit.co.uk (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Site.

1.1 These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users of the Site, including candidates, contractors, trainees, employers/hiring organisations, and any other person who accesses or uses the Site.

1.2 By accessing, browsing, registering an account (if applicable), submitting information (including a CV), applying for roles, requesting services, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them.

1.3 If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms of Use.

2.1 The Site is provided for the purpose of facilitating and providing information about our recruitment, training, and cybersecurity consulting services. The availability of particular services may change from time to time.

2.2 Recruitment Services: We support hiring organisations and candidates across a range of in-demand areas including Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Salesforce, SAP, Java Development, Business Analysis, Data Architecture, Automation, Cloud, and IT Support (among others). Our recruitment services may include:

Permanent Recruitment: identifying and introducing candidates for long-term roles.

Contract Recruitment: sourcing and introducing contractors for time-limited or project-based engagements.

Offshore Recruitment: assisting with access to global talent pools (where appropriate to the role and engagement model).

Executive Recruitment: identifying and introducing senior leaders and executives.

2.3 LSA Training. We offer training programmes designed to equip individuals with skills for the IT landscape. Training may include courses, hands-on learning, assessments, certifications (where applicable), and career support content. Course availability, content, prerequisites, fees and schedules may vary and will be confirmed at the point of enrolment or booking.

2.4 Cybersecurity Consulting. We may provide cybersecurity consulting and related services which can include (without limitation) security assessments and strategy, threat monitoring and incident response planning, and compliance/governance support. The precise scope, deliverables, timelines and fees will be agreed separately.

2.5 Any recruitment engagement with an employer/hiring organisation and any training or consulting engagement (including pricing, deliverables and service levels) may be subject to separate agreements and/or additional terms provided at the start of the engagement.

3.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, layouts, compilations, logos, icons, images, audio, video, downloads, software, code, databases, trade names, and design elements (together, “Content”) is owned by or licensed to LSA Recruit and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 The trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos displayed on the Site, including “LSA Recruit” and “LSA Training” (and any associated logos), are the property of LSA Recruit or its licensors. You must not use them without our prior written consent, unless permitted by law.

3.3 You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal use and/or internal business use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. You must not:

● copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, sell or exploit any part of the Site or Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;

● use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering methods on the Site, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

4.1 General. You agree that any information you provide via the Site (including via forms, email links, applications, registrations, or uploads) will be accurate, complete, current and not misleading, and you will update it where necessary.

4.2 Candidates/Contractors. When submitting a CV, profile, application, or any other information, you confirm that:

● the information you provide (including qualifications, employment history, right to work status, certifications, and contact details) is accurate and not misleading;

● you have the right to provide the information and to share any third-party personal data included in your CV (e.g., referees) in accordance with applicable data protection laws;

● you will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes any third-party rights.

4.3 Employers/Hiring Organisations. When submitting vacancy information or engaging with candidates, you confirm that:

● role descriptions, requirements, remuneration information (where provided), and any statements about the hiring organisation are accurate and not misleading;

● you will comply with applicable employment, equality and other laws, including obligations relating to fair recruitment practices;

● you will handle candidate information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for lawful recruitment purposes.

4.4 We may remove or restrict access to any content or submissions that we reasonably believe breach these Terms of Use or applicable law.

5.1 Website information. Content on the Site is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information up to date and accurate, we do not warrant that the Site or any Content will always be accurate, complete, current, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

5.2 Recruitment. We do not guarantee:

● that any candidate will be selected, interviewed, offered a role or placed;

● that any employer/hiring organisation will fill a vacancy;

● that any vacancy listed will remain available or will be filled.

5.3 LSA Training. We do not guarantee that participation in training will result in:

● employment, promotion, increased earnings, a particular certification outcome, or any other specific result; or

● any particular level of competency, as outcomes can depend on attendance, effort, prior knowledge, assessment performance and other factors.

5.4 Cybersecurity Consulting. We do not guarantee that our cybersecurity consulting services will prevent all security incidents, breaches, attacks or vulnerabilities, or that your systems will be completely secure. Cybersecurity outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including third-party systems, user behaviour and evolving threats.

5.5 Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

6.1 Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for:

● death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

● fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

● any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

● we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site; or reliance on any Content;

● we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational loss, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

6.3 Subject to clause 6.1, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site and these Terms of Use shall be limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to us for access to the Site in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where you have not paid anything for access to the Site, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to £100.

6.4 The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, timely, or free from bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for configuring your devices and security measures to access the Site safely.

7.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including service providers, social media platforms, and sites such as lsatraining.co.uk) for your convenience.

7.2 We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement of the linked website or any products/services offered.
