Job Description
Mandatory skills: Android testing on Mobile device and compliance testing (CTS/CTS-verifier/VTS/GTS/STS)
Must have: Android validation experience on Mobiles phones
Skills/Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on Execution of Android compliances suites(CTS/CTS-verifier/VTS/GTS/STS)
- Hands on experience to retest & traige compliance issues to respective components.
- Able to work on ubuntu & good knowledge on git , gerrit, fastboot – ADB commands
- History of working on Android mobile platform & app Testing background wrt android versions( 16/15/14/13/12/11)
- Should be able to update/modify existing automated scripts based on Android versions.
- Good understanding on defect analysis & basic debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Android compliances suites(CTS/CTS-verifier/VTS/GTS/STS)
- Execution of functional tests
- Analyze logs using ADB, Logcat, QXDM, and QPST to debug SMR-related issues.
- Work closely with development and validation teams for timely SMR deliverables.
- Ability to assess SMR impact on system areas such as WLAN, modem, Bluetooth, and core OS features.

- Strong understanding of Android OS and SMR workflow
Exp: 3 to 5yrs
Location: Bangalore (WFO – 5 days)
Notice period: immediate to 15 days
