Service Analyst

Job Description

Support the Service Delivery Manager with key deliverables, reporting, planning, and operational oversight.
Assist with day to day service operations, providing cover across all the Service Mgt practices including but not limited to; incident, problem, service improvements, service design etc.
Monitor service KPIs, ensuring services meet performance, quality, and compliance standards and communicate in service reviews.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership including participation in Major Incident.
Familiarity with Experience in ITIL or other service management frameworks. 
ITIL V3 required and ITIL V4 preferred.

The role will be contract Opportunities

  • The daily rate will be Inside IR35
  • The role location will be Leeds preferably but also look for London and 3 days travel to office will be mandatory
  • Active SC Candidates ONLY
  • Candidates with previous banking experience will be a plus
